Changing the name of a shelf company

All our companies are able to trade in virtually any area of business, irrespective of the name. However if required the name of any shelf company can be changed (subject to availability and approval of the chosen name). A company name change must be approved by the Directors and will be confirmed by a Change of Name Resolution. We can do all the preparations and filing for you. This process can take up to 2 working days.
