The Corporate Secretary does not have to have any involvement in the day to day operation of the business. The Corporate Secretary Service will need to be renewed after one year.

Nominee Director

Nominee Director - a term of no legal standing, often used to describe the appointment of a person as director of a company, whose business simply is to accept such appointments in exchange for a fee and who typically takes a superficial interest in the company's business activities. To ensure complete privacy our group will provide services of professional nominee directors for you. In this case the directorship of the company is taken by a professional third-party director. This service will need to be renewed after one year.

Nominee Corporate Director

Issue of Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney is a document whereby one person confers on another the right to act on his or her behalf and in that respect the attorney can act just as though he or she were the donor of the power.
